Apple Cider Vinegar
Made from the grandmother trees and self-willed feral trees on Smithereen's MOFGA certified organic saltwater farm in Downeast Maine. This is hardcore wild ferment apple cider for purists. The apples are ground and pressed and cider is left to ferment in ceramic crocks. It is filtered and then aged for a year. A powerful tonic for the internal biome, but also great in salad dressing.
