Sweet-tart with a touch of zip! Cold-pressed, the Il Lime Oil is made from fresh whole California limes and Arbequina olives. 'Like Family' had crudo in mind when they created Il Lime Oil, but it's also a delicious condiment for avocado toast, corn on the cob, grilled shrimp and nutty Thai curry! Il Lime Oil is what the olio industry likes to call a "co-mill", which means fresh, whole, limes and just-harvested Arbequina olives are milled together, to create a pure lime-olive oil that both concentrates the flavor and reveals the complexity of each fruit.
