We ship orders using USPS from Tuesdays - Saturdays, with Priority shipping the preferred method. Shipping will take from 3-5 days but may take longer due to current COVID protocols or high volume during the holidays.
Please contact us if you need your order faster, or to specify shipment with UPS. Customers are responsible for managing the delivery and receipt of shipments. FOLK is not responsible for missed delivery attempts or packages that have not been picked up at the post office or UPS. FOLK is not responsible for the loss or damage of orders caused by the carrier, though we will do our best to help resovle any issues.

We hope you love your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied FOLK will happily offer a full refund on non-sale apparel within 7 days or store credit after this period. Returns on home + gift will be for store credit only.
Returns not accepted on sale items, apothecary, intimates or swim.
Store credit can be used in shop or online.
Return items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, initiated within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us for approval (207.703.2526 or firstname.lastname@example.org) before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Insurance is recommended.
Any damaged shipments must be reported immediately within 5 days of receipt.
We work to keep our online inventory up to date, but in the event of an item being sold out we will contact you via email or phone. Amount of the sold out item will be refunded and the remainder of the order will be fulfilled unless we are instructed otherwise.
