GLÄS is a German Riesling from the biodynamic Pfalz producer Jonas Seckinger. Jonas says he works by intuition…"smelling and tasting the wine daily, like my grandfather did." His house style is bone dry, a focus on their sandstone soils, and only a minimum of sulfur added a bottling. The result is a raksih, but also succulent glass of Riesling!

Certified organic and biodynamic. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. 20 months elevage on lees in large old oak barrels. Succulent & dry this wine in unique. It's full bodied and full flavoured, offering a nose that is reminiscent of an oaked chardonnay. 

Organic. SO2- 30 mg/L at bottling

FUSO is a project in the spirit of what people from Europe still do today: once a year they visit their favorite local producer to fill up large glass demijohns that they later siphon off into smaller bottles at home. Every year they collaborate with their favorite organic farmers to siphon off and bottle only the most delicious and characterful wines from classic and off-the-radar growing areas
