Handmade Paper - Green Gold Fern

Golden ferns on an earthy green paper.

This paper is made from the native to Nepal Daphne plant which grows high up in the Himalayas. Village co-ops collect the bark from the forest and make them into paper. The paper is brought to the Kathmandu where is then colored, silkscreen or batik printed, handmade start to finish.
