Have you tried a shrub? Shrubs are a non-alcoholic syrup made of a combination of concentrated fruits, aromatics, sugar, and vinegar. This sweet, yet acidic mixer is traditionally enjoyed as a component of a mixed drink with soda water.

For this shrub, pounds of fresh, zesty ginger and organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar balanced with organic cane sugar. Add a splash to a cup of hot water to make a soothing elixir. Make a spicy ginger ale by mixing with sparkling water. Add to sparkling water, with a squeeze of lime and sprig of mint for a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. Use in place of ginger beer to give your mule a kick!
